What we collect
If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address. If you make a purchase or contribution, our payment processor collects your name, email, and billing details. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs.
How we use it
To process your purchases, send the updates you signed up for, and run the studio. That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
Payments
All payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we never see or store it. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the checkout process.
Our mailing list is hosted by MailerLite. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
Who we share with
The services that make the site work: Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email, Cloudflare for hosting, and Punchpass for class booking, private-session scheduling, and pass purchases. The booking pages on this site are provided by Punchpass under its own privacy policy and may set cookies and use analytics inside those pages. This site itself runs no advertising, data brokers, or analytics. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and if the studio is ever sold, client records may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number and your opt-in consent, and use them to send you messages about your sessions, bookings, and studio news. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Your information
To see what information we have about you, or to ask that it be deleted, email katherine@pilates-park.com. We may need to retain records of transactions for tax and accounting purposes, but everything else will be removed promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
